Accommodation between 2 and 4 guests each, these recently refurbished apartments are ideal for families and groups of friends visiting the Catalan capital. Each apartment has a clean, bright, airy feel and many enjoy views over the surrounding historic streets and monuments. Convenient public transport links, including local metro stations, make sightseeing trips around the city easy.

Arrival: Before travel, all guests must inform the property of their anticipated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments box when booking, or by contacting the property directly using the contact details which appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site. All check in takes place after 14.00. Guests arriving before this time can leave their luggage in the office at 36 Carrer Escudellers. Upon arrival in Barcelona, all guests must contact the property directly using the telephone number on the Booking Confirmation. The property’s staff will then direct guests to their apartment. All guests must also advise the property if they anticipate arriving more than 30 minutes after the expected time. Check in: At check in, the remaining cost of the booking must be paid in full, in cash. A breakage deposit will also be charged. The property staff will then show you around the apartment and give helpful advice to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Guests having to check in after 20.00 must pay an additional surcharge, depending on the time of arrival. Those arriving between 20.00 and 00.00 must pay and additional EUR 20, EUR 50 between 00.00 and 07.00, and EUR 20 between 07.00 and 08.00. Check out: All guests must check out by 12.00 at the latest, although between 09.00 and 10.00 is recommended. The property will charge an additional night’s stay for any apartments not vacated by 12.00. During the morning a member of the property’s staff will visit the apartment to check its condition and, in the case of no damage, return the deposit. Those wishing to check out before 08.00 must pay a surcharge of EUR 30 to the property reception.
