It is not difficult to find accommodation in Berlin, although during the frequent fairs and international exhibitions, Berlin hotels are often filled and booking a room can become very difficult; it is better to move ahead to have more choice. Most of the hotels, from budget to luxury hotels, are located in the commercial heart of Charlottenburg, in the West part of the city.
Charlottenburg is the neighborhood where winds Kurfürstendamm boulevard, ideal for shopping in the many shops and boutiques. In this area you will find guest houses and hotels from 2 to 5 stars, with prices and services very different. In the district of Charlottenburg stands the train station of the Bahnhof Zoo, the Olympic Stadium and in the Savignyplatz Square there are elegant rooms and cafes.

The neighborhood offers multi-ethnic restaurants and bars along the Oranienstrasse and Bergmannstrasse.
The central district of Mitte offers various solutions of good standard accommodation and hotels for all tastes and prices. In the Mitte district there are the Staatsoper, the Pergamon Museum, the Bode Museum and the Alte Nationalgalerie. Cult destination of tourists is the Checkpoint Charlie, the famous border crossing, at the time of the Wall between the east and west zone of the city.
The Potsdamer Platz and the Brandenburg Gate are in the Tiergarten district, an area rich of very different architectural structures. But it is the western Schöneberg district of Berlin that houses the department stores KaDeWe, excellent cafes and cultural venues. Finally, Friedrichshain is a fashionable area with cafes and restaurants and where there is the Volkspark Friedrichshain park.
