Estepona, Spanish town in Andalusia, Costa del Sol, offers many possibilities for entertainment and facilities for practicing all kinds of sports, from water sports to golf. Estepona boasts more than 20 miles of beach along the coast.

Estepona is located about thirty miles north of Gibraltar. Founded by the Phoenicians over two thousand years ago, this place was initially an important trading port and later it became a renowned tourist resort. It boasts beautiful, well-equipped beaches such as La Rada, La Galera, El Saladillo, Arroyo Vaquero and Bahía Dorada. The beach of Playa Costa Natura, about half an hour's drive from the city, is one of the most famous nudist beaches in Spain.

 In the immediate surroundings of the city there are several tourist attractions and natural beauties, such as Manilva with its beautiful beach, Casares an artistic and historical center, Marbella, further north, one of the most famous tourist resorts of the Costa del Sol, and the natural oasis Los Reales in Sierra Bermeja, an area where you can enjoy pleasant walks.

Estepona is a great destination for those who love sports as well as relaxing on the beach. Very famous are also the golf courses and the equestrian centers. In the area there are 15 golf courses, one of the most famous of which is Valderrama, about twenty minutes away from downtown.
